Laughter was in full effect at the African Princes of Comedy (APC) Show in Hollywood! African Princes of Comedy Show is an event presented by Nigerian comedian/ personality Foxy P, showcasing the top group of African comedians in the United States.

The Dashiki Diaries team arrived in the beautiful city of Los Angeles on November 4th to get a taste of what the city had to offer. We made our way around the Beverly Hills area, downtown at the House of Macau for some nightlife activities and we dare not forget Veronica’s Kitchen (Naija’s finest cuisine in LA) before we had to put on our real faces for work on Sunday.

We served as a media partner for the APC Show in Hollywood, LA on November 6th at The Regent Theatre capturing exclusive behind the scenes footage and interviews of the show’s cast. Comedians and guests came from all over the US; New York, Dallas, Maryland etc. to close out the last APC Show in style. Some of the acts included Seyi Brown, Wowoboyz, Chief Obi, YoungPrince etc. The event was hosted by the highly entertaining host Namo from New York. Actress and producer Yvonne Orji was the special guest of the night and best believe we snagged an interview with her about her latest role in HBO’s “Insecure” and much more.
